Investigators learned that the girl’s parents who still reside in Guatemala demanded their daughter Heidy Julissa Cac Choc return to their home country or they would have someone return her, according to the La Verne Police Department. Heidy was reported missing at 5:23 p.m. April 11 by her foster mother. She was last seen leaving her Bonita High School class at 2:40 p.m. It is either unknown, or has not been publicly shared why Heidy’s parents demanded her return to Guatemala. Police searched the parking lot, 1275 Foothill Blvd., September 5 around 12:30 a.m. regarding a missing persons case. Officers found a dead male inside a motorhome, according to the La Verne Police Department. La Verne Police did not elaborate on a possible cause of death and the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner has not performed an autopsy.
Officers responded to L.A. Fitness regarding a call of the missing person possibly being in the area. The male’s identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin. Sandra Gilmore, 65, left her home in the 2500 block of Bay Berry Street after telling her caretaker she would return home, according to the La Verne Police Department. Gilmore requires medication. Gilmore stands 6 feet tall, weighs 260 pounds, has black hair, brown eyes and uses a red walker to move around. She was last seen wearing a USC sweater and burgundy pants. Susan Harlow, 71, went missing from the 3600 block of Williams Avenue. Her family fears she may be depressed. She has not shown up to work and missed a doctor appointment, which is apparently unusual for her, La Verne Police said. Harlow is 5 feet 2 inches tall, 155 pounds, has a medium build, brown hair grown eyes and has a light complexion. Harlow drives a white Toyota Corolla with license plate number 7FBN146. Alicia Hernandez fled her group home located at 1940 Baseline Rd. April 20. Hernandez was last seen wearing pink Puma sneakers, a burgundy sweater, black ripped jeans and a gold necklace, La Verne Police said. Hernandez has a left forearm tattoo and left bicep tattoo.
