​Altadena Deputies continue Search for Missing Diabetic Teen

ALTADENA - A missing 16-year-old boy is being sought after he left his group home Tuesday night.
 
DeJuan Ali Rhodes left his group home, Hathaway Sycamores Child and Family Services, 2933 El Nido Dr., September 18 around 9:30 p.m. Rhodes is diabetic, insulin dependent and needs additional medication, Altadena deputies said.
 
Rhodes is a Black teen, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 138 pounds, has black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and dark blue shorts.
 
Anyone with information on Rhodes’ whereabouts is urged to call the Altadena Sheriff’s Station at 626-798-1131 and speak to Sgt. Paul Parkhurst or Detective Remberto Candelario.
