 Written by AARON CASTREJON CityWatch Editor AVOCADO HEIGHTS – The driver found in a submerged vehicle that plunged off the 605 freeway early Tuesday has yet to be identified. The collision occurred around 12:20 a.m. November 5 on the southbound 605 freeway north of the 60 freeway. Two CHP officers responded and found a Mazda submerged in the water, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A dive team with the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded and found the driver deceased. No additional victims were located after a search. |
