 Written by AARON CASTREJON CityWatch Editor AVOCADO HEIGHTS - A man sustained non-life-threatening injuries in a late-night shooting Tuesday. The shooting occurred at 3rd Avenue and Don Julian Road just after 10 p.m. June 4. The victim was hit in a lower extremity with an unknown caliber weapon. He was take to an area hospital, according to Sgt. Armando Martinez of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Industry Station.
