 Written by AARON CASTREJON | CityWatch Editor CHARTER OAK - A driver has been detained after colliding into a pedestrian and a dog Monday evening.
The pedestrian and dog were struck at Arrow Highway and Glendora Avenue just before 7 p.m. The dog died at the scene. The pedestrian was taken to Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center, according to the California Highway Patrol. |
