Written by AARON CASTREJON | CityWatch Editor CITRUS - No victims have turned up after deputies responding to a fight call Monday night found a substantial amount of blood in a home.
The blood was discovered leading away from the house and into a street in the 6100 block of Goodway Drive in Citrus, an unincorporated area near Azusa around 10 p.m. May 28. The blood was discovered in a bedroom, said Sgt. Terrance Smith of the San Dimas Sheriff’s Station. No one has been arrested, or detained, Smith said. Deputies have checked area hospitals to find a victim, but no victims have turned up. The San Dimas Mountain Rescue Team will assist deputies in a search of the Azusa Canyons, an area infamous for the discovery of dead bodies. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau and San Dimas Sheriff's Station crime lab are on scene investigating. |
