Written by AARON CASTREJON CityWatch Editor CITRUS - A shooting in an unincorporated neighborhood late Memorial Day left an automobile with ballistics damage, a Sheriff’s sergeant said.
The shooting occurred just before 11 p.m. in the 18700 block of East Petunia Street May 31. Investigating deputies were unable to coax any other information out of the people affected by the shooting as they seemed somewhat uncooperative, according to Sgt. Wong of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s San Dimas Station. Wong did not immediately know exactly how many rounds were fired. Wong does not believe any surrounding vehicles or homes were struck by any stray bullets. No injuries were reported. There was no suspect or vehicle description available. |
