Written by AARON CASTREJON | CityWatch Editor CITRUS - Glendora Police tracked down seven suspected vehicle burglars, but not before three of them fled a home on foot Wednesday morning.
Detectives tracked down the suspects to a home in the 5400 block of Fairvalley Avenue in the unincorporated community near Azusa. Three suspects fled a home, forcing officers to perform a perimeter search before they were found, according to Lt. Chris Stabio of the Glendora Police Department. A rash of vehicle burglaries were reported in the southeast portion of Glendora between midnight and 6 a.m. September 5. Detectives tracked down suspects to the home on Fairvalley, Stabio said. In all, as many as 10 people were detained, but seven of the detainees were arrested. No one is outstanding. Just under $2,000 in stolen property was recovered, Stabio said.
