Written by AARON CASTREJON CityWatch Editor CITRUS - A gunshot victim was found in the area of Rockvale Avenue and Renwick Road Saturday night, firefighters reported. Firefighters were called at 11:15 p.m. to the scene and found a patient in their 30s, according to Dispatch Supervisor Imogene McBride of the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
Homicide detectives comfirmed the shooting took place in the 18000 block of Newburgh Street in unincorporated Azusa. The male victim died from their wounds, according to Lt. Alfred of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide Bureau. Preliminary reports from deputies state the victim may have been pushed from a vehicle. There is no suspect description available.
