Written by AARON CASTREJON CityWatch Editor DIAMOND BAR - Detectives and the family members of a 53-year-old motorcyclist found injured after a crash seek public help in solving how it happened.
The rider was found injured at Diamond Bar Boulevard and Steep Canyon Road around 11:50 p.m. January 7, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Information Bureau. Detectives want to speak to the driver of Toyota Tundra, possibly grey or silver, caught on surveillance video near the crash site, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau said. The Information Bureau did not clarify if the driver of the Tundra was involved in the crash or simply may have witnessed the crash or the immediate aftermath. Anyone with information on the crash, or the Tundra’s driver, is urged to call the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Walnut/Diamond Bar Station Detective Timberlake at 909-859-2817.
