Andrew Scott Garcia was booked on suspicion of assault with a firearm on a person and exhibiting a concealed firearm in public, according to Glendora Police arrest records. GLENDORA - The Foothills Special Enforcement Team remains on scene in a neighborhood Wednesday morning and are attempting to get a reported armed and dangerous man to surrender from a home they believe he is hunkered down in. Multiple homes in the 1400 block of Dalton Avenue east of Underhill Drive remain evacuated during the standoff. Officers originally responded to the neighborhood on a report of a man with a gun Tuesday night, according to Lieutenant Matt Fenner of the Glendora Police Department. The incident began sometime before 10 p.m., November 19. The Foothills Special Enforcement Team is being assisted with crisis negotiators to bring the situation to a peaceful end, Fenner told SGV CityWatch. |
