Two of the victims were found near Armington Avenue and Garo Street. Sheriff’s dispatchers received a 9-1-1 call at 9:28 p.m. September 7. Deputies found 15 and 16-year-old teen boys, one shot in the chest, according to Lt. James Long of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Industry Station.
