LA CAÑADA FLINTRIDGE - Deputies are looking for a man who assaulted a district employee while at an elementary school campus June 15.
The suspect trespasser was approached by a district employee at La Cañada Elementary School, 4540 Encinas Dr., around 10:50 a.m. The suspect punched the employee after being confronted about trespassing and fled the school, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Crescenta Valley Station.
The campus remains closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The suspect drove away in a grey Lexus SUV, possibly a 2003-2008 Lexus RX, deputies said.
The suspect is described as a white male in his late 20s or early 30s, stands 5 feet 11 inches tall, has a muscular build, brown hair and blue eyes. He wore a grey long-sleeved shirt, navy blue shorts and carried two duffle bags.
