The young girl, between the ages of 2 and a half to 3 years old, was found around 1:50 a.m. near Yolo Street and Wilson Avenue October 16. The girl was found wearing a white pajama top with a cherry pattern. Her hair is styled into two ponytails. She has brown eyes and stands three feet tall. Police are looking for any information on the girl’s parents of guardian. Lucila Michel, 79, left her home Friday and was last seen near Colorado Boulevard and Eloise around 8:30 a.m. Michel only speaks Spanish, according to the Pasadena Police Department. Michel is 5 feet tall, weighs 120 pounds, has a medium complexion, grey hairs ad brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black pants, a black sweater, a green blouse, beige shoes and carried a pink & white blanket and stuffed giraffe.

Conrad Foster was last seen at the facility, 245 S. EL Molino Ave., March 27. Foster suffers from Dementia and requires daily medication, Pasadena Police said. Foster is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds, has brown eyes, is bald and his eyes are noticeably crossed.

Missing man Aaron Chatman was located in the 600 block of Walnut Avenue a little more than one hour after being reported missing from his care facility on Madison Avenue in Pasadena February 20. Chatman was wearing a transmitter bracelet, helping deputies to locate him, the Sheriff’s Department said. Chatman was reported missing at 9:30 a.m. to the L.A. Found Hotline He was located at 10:40 a.m.
Project Lifesaver was launched in September, 2018 by the Los Angeles County Workforce Development Aging and Community Services Department to help locate missing people suffering from dementia, Alzheimer’s, autism, or who may have other limited communication and cognitive abilities. Through the work of WDACS, the L.A. Found Hotline and the Sheriff’s Mental Evaluation Team, four missing at-risk people, including Chatman, have been found. Once Chatman was discovered missing, his caregiver called the L.A. Found Hotline. The Sheriff’s Mental Evaluation Team was alerted 50 minutes later, dispatching five deputies and a helicopter. One MET deputy, who coincidentally was close by, was able to respond quicker and found Chatman in the 600 block of Walnut. He was wearing his Project Lifesaver bracelet, the Sheriff’s Department said. Bracelet’s can be purchased through L.A. Found for $325 plus shipping and they can also be leased. Yoshimura Sakaye was last seen at 6 p.m. October 15 in the 700 block of South Raymond Avenue. Originally from Montrose, Sakaye was in Pasadena for a medical appointment, Pasadena Police said. Sakaye has grey hair, stands 5 feet 4 inches tall, wears prescription glasses and was last seen wearing an orange polo shirt and white pants. James White, 63, was identified by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner. White was the missing man sought by Pasadena Police after disappearing August 9. White’s cause of death has been deferred, pending additional investigation. Pasadena Police volunteers found White’s dark green 2009 Toyota Camry parked near the casting club, 415 S. Arroyo Ave. August 14, according to the Pasadena Police Department. The body was found on a hiking trail by a searching Pasadena Police helicopter. The body was discovered about an hour later, said Pasadena Police lieutenant Marie Sell. Police knew White was still in the area after discovering he made a purchase at a Pasadena store during his disappearance, Sell said. Officers tracked White's phone to the general area August 9 where the body was discovered, but could not locate him after an extensive search, Sell said. Foul play was not suspected, Sell said. Eleanor Betz was last seen around 4:30 p.m. in the 2700 block of San Pasqual August 28. Betz suffers from Alzheimer’s Disease and Lipedema, Pasadena Police said. Betz is 5 feet 2 inches tall, 123 pounds and was last seen wearing a white long sleeve shirt and brown floral-print skirt. The body, which has not yet been identified by coroner officials, was found on a hiking trail by a searching Pasadena Police helicopter. A car linked to a recent missing persons case was found parked near the casting club, 415 S. Arroyo Ave., according to the Pasadena Police Department. Pasadena Police volunteers discovered the vehicle linked to the missing man. The body was discovered about an hour later, said Pasadena Police lieutenant Marie Sell. The man was reported missing to Pasadena Police August 9. Police knew he was still in the area after discovering he made a purchase at a Pasadena store during his disappearance, Sell said. Officers tracked the missing man’s phone to the general area August 9 where the body was discovered, but could not locate him after an extensive search, Sell said. The cause of death will be determined by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner, but a preliminary investigation suggests no foul play, Sell said. Jonas Harry Leal was last seen in the area of Linda Vista around 2:30 p.m. August 14. He usually walks around the Rose Bowl, according to the Pasadena Police Department. Leal reportedly is not aware of his dementia diagnosis, Pasadena Police said. Leal is 6 feet 1inch tall and 170 pounds. He has gray hair, blue eyes was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, khaki pants and black dress shoes. Mr. Leal has a heavy Georgia accent.
