LOS ANGELES - Investigators identified the woman found dead in the mountains north of La Crescenta June 23.
Michele Nadaf-Rahrov, 48, was identified by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner.
Deputies were called to a possible dead body discovered near Earl Canyon Motorway and Mt. Lukens Truck Trail Sunday afternoon.
Firefighters were dispatched just after 5 p.m. to a medical rescue. A helicopter arrived and medics declared the victim dead, said Dispatch Supervisor Michael Pittman of the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
An hour before, deputies were called to Angeles Crest Highway at Colby Ranch Road on a seperate call of a dead body.
The California Department of Fish & Wildlife notified deputies of a man found dead. He appeared to have been on the mountainside for a lengthy time, deputies said. No identification is available Wednesday.

UPDATE, 1:31 p.m. - The barricaded ended after Los Angeles Police Officers found the barricaded suspect dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
LA CRESCENTA - Authorities are attempting to get a man barricaded inside a home to surrender.
The barricade continues in the 2400 block of Harmony Place and has been unfolding since around 7 a.m. TMZ.com is reporting the suspect is Jashua Corbett, the man sentenced to five years probation in the Sandra Bullock stalking case.
Officers with the Los Angeles Police Department were attempting to serve a warrant at the la Crescenta home.
