Written by AARON CASTREJON | CityWatch Editor ROWLAND HEIGHTS - Homicide detectives are determining how a woman died after she was found in the water near the 60 freeway at Fullerton Road Monday afternoon.
The woman’s body was discovered around 12:30 p.m. underneath the eastbound off ramp to Fullerton Road. Deputies responding to a person down call eventually declared the woman dead at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau. THe woman appeared to have suffered trauma to the upper torso. The cause of death will be determined by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner.
