Suspicious Death Investigated in San Marino

SAN MARINO - A man was found suffering unspecified injuries and died after being taken to a hospital Tuesday.

First responders were sent to the 1900 block of Los Robles Avenue near Monterey Road around 3:47 a.m. April 28, according to San Marino Fire Department dispatches.

It is not immediately clear what was suspicious enough about the man’s death to warrant a response from Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide investigators.

Los Robles Avenue between Monterey Road and Wilson Avenue were closed to traffic.
