Written by AARON CASTREJON CityWatch Editor VALINDA - A pedestrian was taken to an area trauma center after being hit by a vehicle Tuesday night. The collision was reported just after 9 p.m. near Amar Road and Echelon Avenue. The driver stopped at the scene, according to Lt. James Long of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Industry Station.
Long only described the pedestrian’s condition as very serious. The collision is being investigated by the California Highway Patrol Baldwin Park Office.
