Written by AARON CASTREJON | CityWatch Editor VINCENT - Concern from a friend led deputies to discover a man dead inside the RV he was living in on a county street Tuesday morning.
The victim, only described as a white man in his 60s, was discovered in the RV on East Newburgh Street west of North Clydebank Avenue around 9:55 a.m. The friend called deputies to check on him after she did not hear from him in two days, according to Lt. Elisabeth Sachs of the San Dimas Sheriff’s Station. The victim went to check on her friend, did not receive an answer and noticed a bad odor coming from the RV, Sachs said. San Dimas deputies forced entry into the RV and discovered the man dead. Next of kin has yet to be notified, according to the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner. |
