Written by AARON CASTREJON | CityWatch Editor VINCENT - Apparently no injuries were reported in a solo crash on eastbound Arrow Highway at Enid Street Sunday morning.
The Ford F-350 took out a traffic light on the southeast corner of the intersection and slammed into a power pole around 8:28 a.m. No one was injured, according to the California Highway Patrol traffic logs. The Los Angeles County Fire Department was unavailable to answer calls for information on possible injuries. The downed traffic light partially hung on phone or cable lines and rested on top of the truck, which workers could not remove for several hours until the pole was hoisted off the truck. Remaining traffic lights in the area were darkened and it was unknown how widespread the outage was. |
