Deputies responded around 8:15 p.m. October 8 to the 1200 block of Greenberry Drive. The wounded 24-year-old victim who was shot in the arm called 9-1-1, according to Lt. The injured victim is expected to make a full recovery and was likely released from the hospital as of Friday afternoon, Lim told SGV CityWatch. Both the victim and his 22-year-old friend were standing outside of a house on Greenberry Drive when a grey older model four-door sedan pulled up. The vehicle stopped, a passenger exited and ask the men where they were from. The suspect fired once after both men refused to answer, Lim told SGV CityWatch. After firing, the suspect re-entered the grey sedan which was driven away north on Greenberry Drive towards Francisquito Avenue. Both victims were somewhat uncooperative with detectives, but gave some information. The shooter was only described as a Hispanic man.
