The robbery was reported around 9:30 p.m. in the 700 block of North Sunset Avenue February 25. The suspect used a black semi-automatic handgun to take a cellphone and hundreds in cash, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Industry Station. The suspect fled into a waiting black four-door Honda Civic, which drove away eastbound on Homeward Street. The armed suspect is described as a 23-year-old Hispanic man, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 150 pounds to 160 pounds. He wore a hat, grey hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans. The victim was robbed around 10 p.m. in the area of South Orange Avenue at West Francisquito Avenue October 23, according to a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s crime broadcast. The suspects were described as possibly Black men. One suspect was wearing a white top and blue shorts or long pants. The second suspect was only described as wearing a gorilla mask, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Industry Station. The suspects fled south on Orange Avenue. No other information was available. |
