Homicide detectives believe the gunman, 58 Wen-Dong Huang gravely assaulted his estranged wife. He shot and killed her daughter, Huang’s stepdaughter, before ending his own life, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau. The stepdaughter was identified as 18-year-old Siying Wang. The wife continues to recover from her injuries, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Information Bureau. Baldwin Park Police originally responded to a home in the 3300 block of Athol Street just after 2 p.m. for a domestic violence report. They found Huang and Wang already dead when they arrived. Huang’s estranged wife was discovered gravely wounded and transported for her injuries. The shooting took place at a residence in the 4000 block of Phelan Avenue around 3:13 a.m. Sunday. After arriving to investigate an assault with a deadly weapon call, officers discovered a 19-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds, according to the Deputy Tracy Koerner of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Information Bureau. The 19-year-old was found inside the home. He was taken to an area hospital and later declared dead, Koerner said. “The suspect, a male in his mid-20s, was last seen running southbound on Phelan Avenue. Investigators identified Gregory Kingsbury, 37, as a suspect in the fatal shooting, which took place around 10:06 a.m. in the 14600 block of Demblon Street June 28. Baldwin Park officers responding to a shooting call found the injured man, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Information Bureau. The man was later declared dead at a hospital.

The shooting was reported around 8:55 p.m. in the 15000 block of Olive Street. The adult male was the victim declared dead at the scene. The male juvenile was hospitalized in unknown condition, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Information Bureau. While Sheriff’s Homicide detectives state the suspects are unknown, early reports from the scene indicate at least one suspect in a truck yelled something at the victims before or after the gunfire. Baldwin Park officers canvassed the scene with the aid of Irwindale Police to search for either witnesses or additional victims. No other information is available. The 50-year-old son and 73-year-old mother were found dead inside the home by responding Baldwin Park officers after being initially called for a medical response to the 3900 block of Kenmore Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Information Bureau. Detectives are not looking for a suspect and it is unknown if the deaths are criminal in nature. Relatives inside the home called firefighters after finding the 50-year-old victim unresponsive around 4:42 a.m. Firefighters were dispatched to a cardiac arrest call at the home, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department. Officers found the dead mother in a separate room. “Neither victim appeared to suffer any traumatic injury,” according to Deputy Trina Schrader of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
