Written by AARON CASTREJON CityWatch Editor NORTH EL MONTE – Two shooting victims were discovered at a home in unincorporated Arcadia Monday afternoon and third victim, possibly connected, was found in nearby El Monte.
The condition of all three victims is not immediately known. One or more of the victim was taken to Los Angeles General Medical Center for treatment, according to a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s radio broadcast. First responders were sent to Lenore Avenue south of Lynrose Street just after 5:20 p.m. Monday, October 30 in unincorporated Arcadia. Possibly two suspects armed with handguns were seen driving away from the area, according to the Sheriff’s crime broadcast. The victim in El Monte was found at Peck Road and Lambert Avenue, according to Sgt. Santana of the Sheriff’s Temple Station. In a Monday evening interview, Santana did not know if his deputies determined a motive for the shooting. |
