SOUTH SAN GABRIEL - Deputies are investigating a shooting in the 8100 block of Arroyo Drive Monday night, a Sheriff’s lieutenant said. One male victim was shot, according to Lt. Mah of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Temple Station. Mah was unsure of the victim’s condition. The shooting occurred around 7:35 p.m. Jan 18. According to a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s crime broadcast, the suspect fled on foot westbound on Arroyo Drive and north through Potrero Heights Park. The suspect was possibly wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and khaki shorts, according to the crime broadcast. Montebello Police officers are also on scene to possibly determine if the shooting occurred in their jurisdiction, Mah told SGV CityWatch. Written by AARON CASTREJON CityWatch Editor SOUTH SAN GABRIEL - At least two suspects fled a home after burglarizing it Thursday afternoon. The crime occurred in the area of Mooney Drive and Cathryn Drive just before 4:30 p.m. July 25, according to Sgt. Carbajal of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Temple Station. Carbajal had very limited information and did not immediately know if anything was taken from the home. The suspects were last seen fleeing towards Del Mar Avenue.

Nancy Jane Rodziczak, 73, was last seen leaving her home in the 7700 block of Mooney Drive in South San Gabriel around 2:20 a.m. She drove off in a grey 2013 Honda Civic, which features license plate 7BYB669. Rodziczak suffers from depression, deputies said. Anyone who knows the whereabouts of Rodziczak is urged to call the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau Missing Persons Detail at 323-890-5500.
