The victim was suffering from several stab wounds and he was declared dead at the scene, according to the Pomona Police Department. The HOV, No. 1 & 2 lanes have just reopened after being shut down for several hours during the investigation. First responders were called around 6:13 a.m. to two solo collisions. A white vehicle and dark sedan were involved. One of the vehicles blocked the No. 4 lane, while the other blocked the No. 1 & 2 lanes, according to the California Highway Patrol.
