VIDEO: Deputies Still Seek Brazen Buffoon Who Bilked Lottery Tickets From San Dimas Stores2/20/2020

SAN DIMAS - Authorities released security footage of a suspect forcefully taking lottery tickets from two stores in town.
The suspect calmly entered a retail store January 22 at 10:24 a.m. in the 1400 block of West Arrow Highway and proceeded to rip a display case of lottery scratchers from a counter. He ran out the entrance, according to video provided by the San Dimas Sheriff’s Station.
At 6:18 p.m. the same day, the suspect walked into an eatery in the 100 block of West Arrow Highway and did the same.
The suspect was caught on camera fleeing the last store west on Arrow Highway in a newer-model, four-door silver Chrysler 300C with paper plates. The serial numbers on the tickets were reported to the California state lottery, the San Dimas Sheriff’s Station said. The suspect is a Black man in his late 20s to early 30s, stands 6 feet tall, weighs 180 to 200 pounds, has a close-cut mustache and goatee. He wore a black Cabala baseball hat with white lettering, a gray hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and dark tennis shoes.
