The suspects ran from the crash scene in the 1100 block of Ramona Street. Nearby San Gabriel High School and Alhambra’s Baldwin Elementary School were placed on lockdown as a precaution. Police ended the search at 1:20 p.m., Hernandez said. The suspects are wanted for hit and run, assault with a deadly weapon and evading arrest, Hernandez said. The SUV is not reported stolen.
