Written by AARON CASTREJON CityWatch Editor ROSEMEAD - A person of interest was detained after a fatal shooting in Rosemead Tuesday afternoon.
First responders were sent to a home in the 3200 block of Gladys Avenue around 5:46 p.m. April 23. The victim, who has yet to be identified, died at the scene. Investigators believe that there are no outstanding suspects and there is no threat to the community, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Information Bureau. Anyone with information on this shooting is urged to call the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau at 323-890-5500.
