 PHOTO/Stock image. Written by AARON CASTREJON | CityWatch Editor VINCENT - One of two suspects accused of carjacking their victim at knifepoint was arrested after the work van they stole was located near the scene of the crime Thursday evening.
The work van was taken on Badillo Street in the unincorporated area of Covina around 5:45 p.m. The work van and suspect were located in the 4000 block of Frijo Avenue, according to Sgt. Mark Skaggs of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s San Dimas Station. According to a Sheriff’s crime broadcast, a man and woman took the work van at knifepoint on Badillo Street. The outstanding suspect is described as a Hispanic man, 20 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall. He wore a white shirt. |
