Investigators were sent to the 1200 block of Lerma Road at 8 a.m. Friday, April 28. The infant was found dead at the location, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Investigators have yet to elaborate on possible circumstances that may have led to the infant’s death. The stabbing took place in the 1100 block of Thienes Avenue Friday, April 21 around 2:37 a.m. The suspect, described as a 45 to 50-year-old man, was with possibly two other suspects attempting to steal vehicle parts when a resident confronted the trio. The suspect was declared dead at the scene. One person has been detained for questioning, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
