Woman in Her 70s Found Dead in South Pasadena Home

SOUTH PASADENA - A family member discovered the lifeless body of his relative inside a home Tuesday.

First responders were sent to the 800 block of Brent Avenue regarding a medical emergency call around 8:45 p.m. June 4. The victim, only described as a woman in her 70s, was declared dead at the scene. She suffered apparent stab wounds to her upper torso, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau.

Investigators offered little other information about this homicide, as far as if there was any signs of forced entry at the property, or if a suspect is identified,or still at-large.
