Written by AARON CASTREJON CityWatch Editor LA VERNE - Two businesses were burglarized July 15 and both suspects seen in surveillance video likely committed both crimes.
The surveillance video documenting the window smash break-in at Baskin-Robbins, 1528 Foothill Blvd., was shared by the La Verne Police Department. A window smash break-in also happened at neighboring Don Baja. “Based on the circumstances it is likely they were committed by the same subjects. The subjects fled prior to officer arrival. Fortunately, no one from either business was injured,” according to the La Verne Police Department in a written statement. Anyone with information on these two burglaries is urged to call La Verne Police Detective Flores at 909-596-1913. The suspects should be worried, because Baskin-Robbins always finds out.
