 Written by AARON CASTREJON CityWatch Editor TEMPLE CITY - A dispute between neighbors led to a shooting that killed a man Monday, homicide detectives said. The unidentified suspect was detained in the 9400 block of Workman Avenue July 15. A previous statement issued by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported the victim died at the scene, but detectives now said the victim died at a hospital.

Firefighters and Sheriff’s deputies responded to the 9400 block of Workman Avenue around 6:06 p.m. A gunshot victim was found and pronounced dead at the scene, according to Deputy Kimberly Alexander of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau. There is no suspect information available.
