The robbery occurred at 2 p.m. in the 700 block of Encanto Parkway January 23. The victim met with the suspects previously and purchased iPhones. He hoped to purchase two additional phones, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Temple Station. “Upon meeting, one of the suspects pointed a black handgun at the victim and demanded his money. The victim attempted to run from the incident and was knocked to the ground by the suspects,” deputies said. The victim’s cash and jacket were taken. The suspects fled in a Honda Accord. The attack occurred around 10:20 a.m. in the 2200 block of Felberg Avenue January 17. The victim told deputies that the suspect hit her multiple times. The suspect fled in a green vehicle, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Temple Station.
The extent of injuries was unspecified. The assault was likely gang-related. The relationship between the suspect and victim was not disclosed, although according to a crime broadcast the suspect was identified. In the crime broadcast, the suspect was described as a 25-year-old Black man. He stands 6 feet tall and weighs 170 pounds. There was no clothing description given. The suspect fled in a green Jaguar west on Felberg. |
