Written by AARON CASTREJON CityWatch Editor DUARTE - A cargo container was broken into at Duarte High School recently, with an estimated loss of $12,000 in electrical equipment and instruments, authorities said. The burglary was reported to deputies November 15. Someone discovered a hole was cut into the cargo container at the high school, 1565 Central Ave. The burglary is believed to have taken place between 2 p.m. October 5 and 3 p.m. November 15, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Temple Station. At the time of the November 25 report, no surveillance footage was found. There is no suspect description. |
