 Written by AARON CASTREJON CityWatch Editor DIAMOND BAR - Homicide detectives are still determining what led to a man’s death inside a home July 29. Deputies responded at 3:21 a.m. to the 1100 block of Cleghorn Drive Wednesday on a report of a man bleeding from the head. The man was declared dead at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Information Bureau. After arriving, deputies noted the victim, only described as a Hispanic man in his 60s, suffered an unknown blunt force trauma wound to the head, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
While investigating the death as suspicious, it is unclear if a suspect description is known. Anyone with information on this incident is urged to call the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau at 323-890-5500. The death was reported to deputies at 3:21 a.m. in the 1100 block of Cleghorn Drive July 29. The man was declared dead at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Information Bureau. Firefighters were dispatched at 3:18 a.m. to the location. They arrived on scene at 3:22 a.m. to a report of a patient in cardiac arrest, according to a representative with the Los Angeles County Fire Department. Initially, firefighters were told the patient suffered a head injury. There was no more information. There is no suspect information at this time. |
