Man Allegedly Pulls Gun on Ex-Wife Outside Duarte 7-Eleven Aug. 4

DUARTE - A woman accused her ex-husband of brandishing a gun at her during a confrontation outside a convenience store August 4.

The incident occurred outside 7-Eleven, 1430 Mountain Ave. The woman was followed to the parking lot by her ex-husband after he threatened to kill her if she took his children from him, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Temple Station.

The suspect allegedly threatened his ex-wife a second time, but while pointing a hand gun at her, deputies said.

The suspect fled the scene when the ex-wife called 9-1-1.

The investigation is ongoing.
