Written by AARON CASTREJON CityWatch Editor MONTEREY PARK – The office of County Supervisor Hilda Solis and the City of La Puente have partnered to offer a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a suspect who shot and killed a young boy last year. The two $10,000 cash rewards will be announced as a press conference that will also feature family of 10-year-old Enrique Sebastian Falcon who was gunned down inside his family vehicle May 17, 2020, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Falcon was accompanied by his family in the vehicle as it was being driven at Hacienda Boulevard and Amar Road in La Puente when gunfire from a nearby vehicle rang out, striking the boy.
Homicide detectives will present a composite sketch of a suspect involved in the killing. Anyone with information on the suspect is urged to call the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau at 323-890-5500. Information can be provided anonymously by calling L.A.
