Written by AARON CASTREJON CityWatch Editor SAN DIMAS - A resident’s 13-year-old dog was stolen during a home burglary May 15, San Dimas deputies said Thursday. The home burglary was reported in the 1100 block of Camino del Sur eight days ago. The Bichon Frise named Teddy was taken along with other personal belongings, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s San Dimas Station.
Teddy suffers from seizures and requires daily medication. Teddy was wearing a royal blue harness with ID tags and is also microchipped, deputies said. Anyone who has seen teddy is urged to call the San Dimas Sheriff’s Station at 909-450-2700. Rodney Garcia, 44, was last seen Thursday, November 1, 2018. He lives in the 1400 block of Camper View Road. Deputies did not disclose the potential motive for Garcia’s disappearance.
Garcia is a Hispanic man, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighs 210 pounds , has brown balding hair, a beard and brown eyes.
