SAN DIMAS – The man accused of shooting his brother to death and attempting to kill his other brother is in custody, a Sheriff’s San Dimas Station sergeant said.
Joseph James Dambra, 62, apparently surrendered himself to authorities in San Bernardino County October 9. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau was notified and Dambra was eventually arrested by San Dimas Station deputies, according to Sgt. Polanco of the San Dimas Sheriff’s Station.
Dambra was arrested at 6 p.m. October 9 and booked the following morning at 1 a.m. he is being held without bail and was transferred to the Inmate Reception Center in Los Angeles, according to los Angeles County booking records.
Dambra is scheduled for an appearance in Pomona Superior Court Wednesday, October 13.
