Written by AARON CASTREJON CityWatch Editor IRWINDALE - The man arrested January 29 and accused of terrorizing at least 10 other drivers over was briefly stopped by Irwindale Police late last year.
Nathaniel Walter Radimak, 36, was stopped November 25, 2022 in the 4900 block of Irwindale Avenue around 11 a.m. He was initially stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was cited for driving without a license, according to Sgt. Diego Cornejo of the Irwindale Police Department. After months of eluding arrest, Radimak, a Los Angeles resident, was identified and arrested in Torrance by the California Highway Patrol. He is accused of assault with a deadly weapon, which was infamously caught on a dashboard camera January 11. The attack occurred on the 2 freeway near York Boulevard in Los Angeles, according to the CHP. Radimak was caught on camera allegedly committing multiple other attacks that were also in Atwater Village, Pasadena and Echo Park. Radimak was booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. He is being held in lieu of more than $5 million bail in the Los Angeles Police Department 77th Street jail. He also has at least two outstanding warrants. Officers were called to Adelante Street and Irwindale Road just after 9 p.m. A crew worked to unplug a clogged drain that prevented the water from escaping, according to Sgt. Diego Cornejo of the Irwindale Police Department. It was roughly an hour until the clog was cleared and the streets were opened again, Cornejo told SGV CityWatch. Written by AARON CASTREJON CityWatch IRWINDALE - Two armed teens, with the help of a woman, robbed a victim of a Rolex watch during an OfferUp transaction in Irwindale New Year’s Eve.
The robbery occurred in the 15800 block of Arrow Highway around 1:57 p.m. December 31. The victim met with the woman, identified as Anabella Scott, 18. During the transaction, Scott allegedly motioned to two males in masks who approached with handguns, according to the Irwindale Police Department. “Both suspects pointed a handgun and demanded the Rolex. The victim surrendered the Rolex,” according to the Irwindale Police Department in a written statement. The trio fled in a black Kia sedan. Irwindale detectives were able to identify Scott as a suspect and located her residence in Desert Hot Springs. With the assistance of Desert Hot Springs police detectives, a search warrant was served at the home where the stolen Rolex watch and two handguns were recovered. Scott and two teens at the home were arrested. Scott and the teens were booked on suspicion of robbery and assault with a deadly weapon. The teens were issued a citation and released to their parents with a court date pending. Scott is being held in the West Covina jail in lieu of $100,000 bail. She is scheduled to appear in the West Covina courthouse Wednesday January 4. |
