The Start Smart safety course for teens, their parents or guardians, is a two-hour course covering tips on avoiding collisions, safe driving habits, dynamics of a collision, parental roles and responsibilities, legal ramifications and more. Written by AARON CASTREJON CityWatch Editor BALDWIN PARK – The HOV and No. 1, 2 and 3 have reopened after a three-vehicle crash killed one on the westbound I-10 freeway Wednesday morning. A 10,000-pound, three-axle semi trailer was involved in a collision with a pickup truck and a sedan on the I-10 at Baldwin Park Boulevard February 19, according to California Highway Patrol traffic logs. The collision occurred around 4 a.m. A Sig Alert was requested around 4:20 a.m. The California Highway Patrol cancelled the Sig Alert around 7 a.m. |
