The victim was sleeping in his vehicle when a male and female unknown to him began hitting his vehicle. He exited to confront the two when he was cut by the male. He received a laceration to the head, according to Sgt. Gonzalez of the Baldwin Park Police Department. The victim was attacked in a parking lot at Morgan Park, 4100 Baldwin Park Blvd., May 1 around 11:30 p.m. The female was armed with a skateboard and damaged his vehicle’s rear window, Gonzalez told SGV CityWatch.
The victim fled in his vehicle to a tire shop at Ramona Parkway and La Rica Avenue. He then ran to the Baldwin Park Police Station. “The victim showed up at the rear parking lot of the Baldwin Park Police Department. One of our officers was by his patrol vehicle. He told the officer he had been stabbed,” Gonzalez told SGV CityWatch. Both suspects could not be found. The victim was taken to Queen of the Valley Hospital in West Covina to treat a roughly-two-inch head laceration, Gonzalez told SGV CityWatch. The male was only described as wearing a grey shirt and black shorts. There was no description for the female with the skateboard. |
