Written by AARON CASTREJON CityWatch Editor ALHAMBRA - An Asian man in his 80s is in stable condition after being found unresponsive at First Street and Grand Avenue Saturday. The man was possibly out on a walk and suffered a medical emergency. Officers responded to the scene just before 9:30 a.m. February 16. Officers and Alhambra firefighters used life-saving measures before he was taken to an area hospital, Alhambra Police said.
There is no indication the man was the victim of a crime, Alhambra Police said. The man is unable to speak to hospital staff and officers. He is additionally described as thin, has salt and pepper hair and was wearing grey athletic clothing, a white hat and orange tennis shoes. Anyone who knows the man is urged to call Alhambra Police at 626-570-5151. Written by AARON CASTREJON CityWatch Editor ALHAMBRA - A woman was caught on camera stealing from a home last Friday, police said. The woman was recorded February 8 as she took a large package from a home in the 1200 block of South Chapel Avenue around 11:07 a.m. A vehicle pulled to the residence and stopped in an alley. The suspect walked up to the home and lifted the packages, Alhambra Police said. The woman placed the packages in a bag and left the home.
The suspect may be the passenger of the vehicle, as she was seen exiting a passenger door before stealing the packages. Anyone with information on the suspect is urged to call the Alhambra Tip Line at 626-308-4875. |
