BREAKING NEWS: Deputy Shot at Alhambra Jack In the Box

ALHAMBRA - A Sheriff’s deputy was wounded in a shooting at a Jack In the Box, the suspect remains at-large Monday.

ABC7 Eyewitness news is reporting the deputy was not on duty when the shooting occurred in the restaurant, 2531 W. Valley Boulevard. The deputy was taken to County/USC Medical Center in unknown condition.

The suspect may have escaped on the eastbound I-10 freeway from Fremont Ave.

A suspect description has yet to be provided.

ALHAMBRA - The vehicle of a missing man sought by Alhambra Police was found in Glendale recently.

Caleb Nathan Middleton, 25, was last seen wearing a white shirt and dark pants. Middleton is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. His vehicle was recently found in Glendale, according to the Alhambra Police Department.

Few details are available at the time this story was published.

Not immediately known is when Middleton was reported missing, when his vehicle was found unoccupied, or why he was reported missing.
