GLENDORA - Four suspects took off with an estimated $15,000 in cell phones, watches and iPads from the display cases at a T-Mobile store Wednesday.
The robbery was reported at the T-Mobile store, 541 S. Grand Ave., at 6:32 p.m. November 6. Four suspects in hooded sweatshirts entered, took the merchandise and pushed an employee as they fled, according to Lt. James DeMond of the Glendora Police Department.
As police responded, they attempted to pull a driver over believed to be involved in the robbery. The driver stopped in the 600 block of South Vermont Avenue was not involved, but was eventually arrested on suspicion of DUI, DeMond said.
The employee was uninjured.
The suspects wore the hoods over their faces. They were only described to police as possible Hispanic juveniles, DeMond said.
