In addition to the above work, crews will construct track drainage and repave work zones for new freight track.
The closure only affects Lone Hill Avenue between Auto Centre Drive and Gladstone Street, the Construction Authority said.
More closures will be coming to Glendora.
Contingent on the current Elwood Street Closure at the railroad tracks ending May 11, closures at Pasadena Avenue and Loraine Avenue will commence.
The full closure at Pasadena Avenue is scheduled to begin May 11 and last until November 11. The full closure of Loraine Avenue is scheduled to begin May 12 and end August 26, the Construction Authority said.
The access road to the Glendora City Maintenance Yard will be permanently closed and used for the L Line completion, as that land is part of the L Line right of way, the Construction Authority said.
