GLENDORA - An alleged DUI driver was arrested April 20 after she slammed into freeway attenuators when she fled a hit and run crash.
The driver allegedly fled the scene of a crash in San Dimas and used the 210 freeway to escape, according to the California Highway Patrol Baldwin Park Office.
The driver crashed into the attenuators while exiting the westbound 210 freeway to Lone Hill Avenue at 1:15 a.m., according to Officer Rodrigo Jimenez of the California Highway Patrol Baldwin Park Office.
Jimenez identified the driver as Magda Knowles.
Knowles’ Honda CRV landed on a guardrail.
Knowles suffered a minor injury to one of her wrists. The only occupant of the vehicle, Knowles was arrested by the CHP for DUI, Jimenez told SGV CityWatch.
