Written by AARON CASTREJON CityWatch Editor INDUSTRY - Five people were injured, including an 8-year-old a 12-year-old, in a two-vehicle collision early Sunday.
The alleged drunk driver, a 30-year-old man, was hospitalized in stable condition. The two children were listed in critical condition, according to Sgt. Hernandez of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Industry Station. The crash was dispatched just after 1 a.m. May 8 at Valley Boulevard and North Grand Avenue. The impact forced one or both vehicles up onto a sidewalk outside of a nearby Applebee’s. The two others accompanying the children were last described as being in stable condition, Hernandez told SGV CityWatch. The collision also sheared a fire hydrant. |
